Where is webOS 1.4?

So we all heard the rumors that webOS 1.4 would hit Sprint on February 15, 2010. Well, that's today! No webos 1.4 yet. Maybe they'll release it this evening, or more likely the rumors just weren't true. We're still holding out hope for something soon. C'mon Palm.
