webOS 1.4.5.1 update hitting Sprint phones today?

Sprint has posted a changelog for the webOS 1.4.5.1 update, and has confirmed the update will go out today, August 10. So far, the update has not been released but we'll see.

Description of enhancements/fixes

This update includes fixes for:
Web podcasts download correctly
Correct entry of text on Web
Sprint branded default email signature corrected
Power use and battery optimization
Send video via multimedia messaging from Video application
Video trim feature now works to send in a message
SprintTV upgrade to V 3.5.4 and enhanced parental controls

Is this update worth down-clocking my Pre back to 500MHz?
