We've become used to reliable "99% up time" from Gmail and have not experienced outages like those that plague BlackBerry devices, but today Gmail appears to be down. We've been unable to reach Gmail for awhile now and there is not much information to be had. Google’s Apps Status Dashboard shows an outage but no other details are given.

Interestingly, we've been getting emails on our Palm Pre even though we cannot reach Gmail via a web browser.

So we wait....

C'mon Gmail...let's go.
