BGR is at it again with new pictures of the real Palm Treo 850. This looks like a slick device although the keyboard looks very cramped. When the original Treo 600 came out the keyboard was so cramped they had to expand it and curve it a little. Why would they go back to a cramped keyboard? We'll see how bad it is when it's released, but the rest of the device looks good.
BGR says the Treo 850 is sporting a 400 MHz processor and 100 MB of RAM. We can't wait to get our hands on one.
