Photo of Palm's Next High-End Treo Circulating

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - January 14, 2008

A new photo of Palm's upcoming high end Treo 800w smartphone was shown at the CES conference last week. Interestingly, it appeared in a slide during the keynote speech of Microsoft's Bill Gates.

The next generation Treo, codenamed Drucker, has not been officially announced by Palm, but the specifications were previously revealed by a Vodafone roadmap, which showed the device will feature Wi-Fi, GPS, 3G/HSDPA, and Windows Mobile 6.1.

This smartphone is supposedly going to launch some time around the middle of this year on Vodafone, and possibly a U.S. carrier.
