Rumor: New Treo 610 Due in March

News - By: pdaBlast! Staff - January 21, 2004

According to several recent reports, palmOne is working on an update to the recently released Treo 600. The new Treo 610 would address complaints by users of the Treo 600.

According to the rumors one of the major problems with the Tre0 600 is the small 160x160 screen. The new Treo 610 will supposedly sport a larger 320x320 screen.

Also rumored to be in the new unit will be Bluetooth networking. This will enable users to use wireless headsets with the new Treo. It is also expected that the new device will have more than 16MB of RAM.

BargainPDA.com reports that the device will debut on March 1, 2004.
